Shipping within the United States Only.
- Orders will be processed and generally ship 2 to 7 days after receipt of order and payment, unless specific arrangements have been made.
- We do not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address without additional information.
- Plants, creations, and handmade items are not prepared for shipment until ordered.
- We ship Monday through Thursday with the exception of holidays using UPS and the USPS as described below.
- A UPS or USPS priority mail 2-3 day service tracking number will be provided once your label is created and the packaging has been scheduled.
- Plants only ship on Monday or Tuesday with the intent to deliver the same week via the USPS and reduce the amount of stress in transit on the plants.
- Other items are shipped Monday through Thursday via USPS.
- We ship from southern Arizona and our plants are not acclimated to colder climates. If your temperature is below 40F, please purchase and include a 72 hour heat pack with your order.
- We are not responsible for any failures, errors or delays made by the USPS, any third party shipping companies, or in climate weather.
- Please unwrap and remove your plants from your box upon arrival as they have been without sunlight while in transit.
- We pack your plants and orders by hand with care, but sometimes damages can occur.
- Orders will be shipped to the address given at checkout, we are not responsible to errors or damages in shipping or if the address provided is incorrect.

Cancellations, Exchanges, and Refunds
- Requests for cancellations or changes to orders can be made prior to your order being fulfilled. Generally up until you receive the tracking notification and/or 24 hours prior to the order being packed and shipped.
- If any damages are suspected or concerns with the health or quality of the plant or item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Note that these are living plants and handmade items that may have slight imperfections and color variations different from when originally photographed.
- If there appears to be more than natural differences or fading during the shipping process, please provide us with images within 72 hours of delivery.
- Credits, refunds, or exchanges will be made at the discretion of AZ Cactus Pups, but we will do what we can to make your experience with us a positive one.
- Shipping costs and credit card fees will be deducted unless the item purchased was faulty or damaged prior to shipment.
- Damages caused in transit or by late shipment will need to be taken up with the USPS or other carrier by the customer, as AZ Cactus Pups is not liable or responsible once FOB Huachuca City, AZ.
